News: The Hollywood Librarian film – showing this week in Columbia, CT

As posted on the blog last week, Ann Seidl has created a documentary film, The Hollywood Librarian: A Look at Librarians through Film which was released nationally on Sept 29 2007.

The first showings in Connecticut of The Hollywood Librarian will be on Friday, Oct 5 at 11:00am and Saturday, Oct 6 at 7:30pm in Columbia, CT. Hosted by The Saxton B. Little Free Library and Beckish Senior Center of Columbia, the movie will be shown at Beckish Senior Center, on 188 Route 66.

For more information on admission or driving directions, call the Saxton Little Free Library at 860-228-0350 or click here to view the Library website. Tickets will be sold at the door, or may be reserved by calling the library.
